Collecting weekend Eifel Germany

Last weekend we went for a weekend of micromount collecting in the Volcanic Eifel region in Germany. We had kind permission to visit five different quarries, and were quite succesful. Our international group - with people from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands - became very good friends, the weather was as it should be, and the finds were great. A tradition may be born...!
